Attainable Affordable Housing
Affordable housing must be attainable and accessible. We seek to creatively preserve, maintain and create housing that fairly and equitably benefits native Nashvillians as well as new arrivals to Nashville.
PRESERVATION - Repair and renovate existing homeowners improvements.
MAINTAINING - Provide assistance and resources to keep current residents in their homes such as property tax relief, home maintenance guidelines, wills/insurance
CREATION - Create, develop and provide access to affordable and attainable housing via targeted efforts for 80% to 120% Area Median Income (AMI) for Down Payment Assistance (DPA) as well as affordable rental units for 80% to 120% AMI.
